Adding a Proof Recipient

Easily include colleagues or external parties to review mailings before printing.

With any mailing order placed through Page Per Page, you have to option to add additional proof recipients, other than yourself. This is a great tool to use when you would like more eyes on a mailing before it is sent to print. These additional recipients can be other Page Per Page users within your organization, or outside parties, such as a board member.

To add proof recipient(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Page Per Page account, and locate My Account at the top right
  2. Select the type of mailing from the left-hand menu, and proceed through the ordering process
  3. Once you arrive at the Review & Submit step, enter recipient email address(es) in the field labeled, Send a copy of proof to:
  4. If you would like to include multiple recipients, separate email addresses with a comma
  5. Click Submit Order when ready
